After that, I went to see doctors on my problem, but sad to say, none of the creams worked for me. I also tried putting on moisturising lip balms so that the cold weather will not worsen my condition. However, it still did not help to improve the condition.
Soon, I came to realize that angular chelitis can be caused by lacking of vitamin B in my body. Other than that, I should not lick my lips even though it is dry because this will make the lips dryer after that, making the condition worse. I also ensure that I have absolutely great oral hygiene.
Vitamin B can be obtained from dairy product and eating more leafy green vegetables is also good for curing angular cheilitis. During the healing process, I also avoid eating deep fried oily food that can cause the body to be heaty. I strongly believe that building a good body immune system can help to cure angular cheilitis faster.
Finally, together with having more vitamin Bs, I managed to cure angular chelitis with a simple, cheap and effective way that promises to eliminate the pain and cracks within hours.
