I know how you feel, and I have been researching my butt off trying to find a way that I can reduce or eliminate wrinkles. I'm pretty sure I'll never be able to get rid of them, but what I've discovered is that it is very possible to reduce them by a huge margin.
Here are my 3 tips on how you can get rid of your deep forehead lines:
#1 - Facial Exercises
This might sound counter intuitive, but it works. What you do is you furrow your brow, just like exercising your browing muscles. You then do the opposite, look surprised and raise your eyebrows. You are again exercising your facial muscles. These exercises help your face look younger and reduce your lines by making your face more toned.
#2 - Diet
We've heard this since we were young. Eat your vegetables my mom said, oof, that just made me hate vegetables even more. But in the last few years I've noticed that my skin looks A LOT healthier when I eat well.
By eating well I mean not eating so much sugar, junk foods, processed foods and drinking alcohol and wine. I bought one of those juicers you see on TV, and I started juicing my vegetables, because I don't like eating them, it takes forever!
I juice something like a broccoli with several oranges, that way the taste of the broccoli will be minimized and I can enjoy my juice and get healthier too, you should try it!
#3 - Using Good Skin Care Products
I think most get this one wrong. You might think that any old skin care product will do to help your deep forehead lines, but did you know that MOST products out there contain chemicals and ingredients that will actually harm your face and make it look WORSE?
It shocked the living daylights out of me when I first discovered this, so you simply have to find good NATURAL skin care products that heal your skin and make you look beautiful.
